I bought this kit because I wanted a balanced neck strap position and more aggressive grip on the gimbals. While expensive, this kit fits the bill! It gives you a slightly shorter (which I prefer as a thumber) set of stick ends and a longer set of stick ends, both of which have much more aggressive points on the end. I feel my thumbs aren't slipping as much as they do with the factory stick ends.

The plastic wrap is a tad loose and feels a little makeshift, though. However, it does the job, and it's secure and doesn't block the audio or screen. It does look a bit funny though.
